They're great in smoothies, baking and sauces.

Add 2 tablespoons of organic chia in your cereal, yogurt, or smoothie for breakfast or a snack. Sprinkle it in baking, sauces, or soups as a thickener and for a nutrition boost.

Or make a chia gel to add to juice, smoothies or sauces. To make a chia gel: Mix 2 tablespoons (28g) of Wild Chia with 16 ounces (500 ml) of water. Stir, wait 10 minutes before using. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
